>Mussels to the red wine “Martín Berdugo”

INGREDIENTS:
– 180 gr. of red wine Young 2014 “Martín Berdugo”
– 1 unpeeled washed lemon cut into quarters
– 2 or 3 ramies of mint
– 1 kg. of clean mussels

PREPARATION:
– We introduce in the glass all the ingredients except the mussels.
– We put the mussels in the container varoma.
– Close the glass, place the container varoma in its position and program 12 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2.
