>Asturian sea soup

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 hard boiled eggs
– 120 gr. onion (cut into pieces)
– 2 garlic cloves
– 30 gr. of extra virgin olive oil
– 1 teaspoon sweet paprika or hot paprika
– 1 pinch of saffron strands
– 150 gr. of hake fillets in pieces
– 4 crab sticks
– 1300 gr. of fish broth
– 1/2 of fish stock chip
– 25 gr. bread in pieces
– 2 cans of natural clams (with their juice)
– 250 gr. of raw prawns (peeled)

PREPARATION:
– Put into the Thermomix the hard boiled eggs and chop them for 2 seconds at speed 4. We set aside in a tureen.
– We put in the glass the onion, the garlic and the oil; we chop for 2 seconds at speed 5.
– We program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, spoon speed.
– Add the paprika and the saffron; program 1 minute, Varoma temperature, spoon speed.
– We add the hake, the crab sticks, 300 gr. of fish broth and the fish stock chip; we program 5 minutes, temperature 100º, speed spoon.
– Incorporate the hard bread and crush for 30 seconds at speed 8.
– Add the remaining fish stock and program 10 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1.
– We add the clams and the prawns; we program 3 minutes, temperature 100º, speed 1.
– Pour the reserved tureen and serve.
– To enjoy.
